Ana is an associate in the Real Estate & Finance Practice Group and the Restructuring & Insolvency Service Group. Her real estate focus is on financings, acquisitions and dispositions. Her experience has included real estate work in Chicago, Denver, and New York City, all of which included the representation of lenders, investors, and developers in a range of real estate matters.
Ana represents clients in multiple acquisitions and sales of various real estate holdings in the United States, and represents various landlord clients in connection with office and retail leases in excess of 10,000 square feet. She has also been involved in the negotiation and coordination of credit facilities and 1031 exchanges for a national investor client’s acquisition of real estate assets in Illinois. Additionally, she has assisted in the preparation of leases and subleases of over 3,600 cell tower sites across the United States by a major telecommunications company and related subsidiaries.
